How do I purchase a Protection Plan?

There are three ways to add a Protection Plan to your product:

• Carepod Website
  • You can choose the Xcover Protection Plan option at checkout when purchasing your product
• Post-Purchase Email
  • Through the link in the post-purchase email (if more than 60 days prior to the end of the limited warranty period)
  • If you did not select the Protection Plan at the time of your product purchase, you will receive a post-purchase email from Carepod offering the option to add this protection. Click the link in the email to visit the XCover (formerly Clyde) website. When using the emailed link to purchase a XCover Protection Plan, there is no need to create an XCover account prior to purchase of the plan.
• Directly fromXCover’s customer portal
  • It will be necessary to create an XCover account in order to purchase a plan this way. You must use the same email address that was used when purchasing your product from Carepod when creating an account to link to your Carepod sales order.
