Once you purchase a Protection Plan with us, you can check out exactly how you normally would. You will receive a confirmation email from us for your purchase, as well as a separate email from XCover with additional information, with a link to their Terms and Conditions page. -
Is my Protection Plan backed by an insurance company?
Each XCover Protection Plan is backed by an insurance policy. For additional details, please see the "Insurance Securing this Plan" Section of your Plan's Terms and Conditions, which should be linked to from your XCover email. -
What happens to my Protection Plan if I return my product?
Your protection plan will be automatically canceled and refunded if you return your product during our return policy period and no additional claims have been processed. -
