Try these solutions:
- Check to see if the humidifier is set to Mist Level 1 (low intensity). If it’s low, you can press the Mist button to increase the intensity level for a more powerful mist.
- Check the water level. Examine the tank to make sure that the water level is either at or right below the MAX fill line. If it’s below the recommended level, please refill to the MAX fill line with filtered/distilled water.
- Check the white wand’s attachment. Is it firmly plugged into your Carepod’s inner lid? Try unplugging and replugging again. When closing the lid, make sure the base of the wand is submerged in the water.
- Examine the white wand for any signs of spots or cracks after you unplug it from the inner lid. Gently shake it and listen for any water inside. If you spot any visual issues, or hear the rattling of water, please visit this link here to submit a ticket.
- Clean the white wand. If the structure of the wand looks fine, but you find any substances that might be disrupting its ability to create mist, we recommend cleaning the bottom half of your wand thoroughly. You may use a soft sponge or toothbrush with soap and water to gently clean.
