The sanitization feature isn’t working. What should I do?

If you scheduled a sanitization cycle, it will start automatically. The left LED will turn solid white, and the red LED will blink to indicate the cycle has been successfully scheduled.

To troubleshoot, follow these steps:

  • Check the Heater/Sanitize button: Two blinking red LEDs should indicate that the sanitization cycle is active.
  • Check the water level: The cycle will only begin once the water reaches a programmed low level.

Note: The water temperature may reach up to 167°F during the sanitization cycle. Please use extreme caution if you need to check the water inside the water tank.
